Twinkle Twinkle Little Star [Revisited]

Twinkle twinkle twinkle little star
How I wonder what you are.
Up above the world so high,
Like a diamond in the sky.
Oh how she knew she could fly,
Now she soars above the eagles in the sky.
Her hair gleaming in the embrace of the sun,
She has forgotten what it is like to run
Because now she can fly,
Above the rivers and mountains,
Looking at the world through a bird’s eye.
The feathers in her wings begin to shed,
Yet she goes higher unafraid.
There is peace in the piercing touch of the air,
And warmth in the bare hands of the clouds.
She is sure this isn’t a dream,
Because she could feel herself daring to do the extreme.
She flew even higher,
Entering the unknown lair.
Soon she felt her body tremble in happiness,
She knew her place was high above.
Studded like a diamond in the sky.
She would never come down again

Since, she knew she could fly.
